Firstbase forms only in Delaware or Wyoming and includes the EIN without needing an SSN, though without one it takes several weeks. On top of formation you pay its registered agent every year and, if you don’t have a US address, its Mailroom service: check the 3-year total before deciding. Firstbase doesn’t serve some countries, so check its restricted list before you start.
