doola bundles formation, the EIN, the registered agent and a US mailing address in a yearly plan, and files the EIN without an SSN by faxing Form SS-4 to the IRS. The catch is that the whole plan renews every year, and the bank account isn’t part of it: you’ll need your passport for its banking partner.
